Generate a Utah address
What does an address in Utah look like?
A typical Utah mailing address follows the standard US format — house number and street, city, the state code UT, then a 5-digit ZIP code:
179 Maple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Here 84101 is a real Salt Lake City ZIP code, so the city, state and ZIP pass region-consistency validation. The street and house number are sample data — use the generator above to produce more random Utah addresses with names and phone numbers, or copy individual fields straight into your form.

Utah's grid-style street addresses
Many Utah cities, including Salt Lake City, use a coordinate grid system: an address like "455 S 300 E" means 455 South on 300 East street, measured from a central point such as Temple Square. If your form or parser assumes every street has a name like "Main St", Utah samples are a useful edge case. Utah ZIP codes start with 84, and phone numbers use the 801, 385 and 435 area codes.
How to fill Utah addresses into forms
- Street Address takes the house number and street name.
- City must be one of the Utah sample cities, e.g. Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden.
- State accepts either the full name "Utah" or the two-letter code "UT".
- ZIP Code has to match the selected city — mixing regions is the most common validation failure.
Responsible use
Generated Utah addresses are for development, QA, checkout flows and interface demos. They are not verified delivery addresses and should not be used to impersonate people or bypass service rules.
States bordering Utah
Neighboring states use different ZIP code prefixes, area codes and sales-tax rules, so switching to a bordering state is a quick way to test another region branch of your form.
