What does an address in Maryland look like?
A typical Maryland mailing address follows the standard US format — house number and street, city, the state code MD, then a 5-digit ZIP code:
795 Maple St, Baltimore, MD 21201
Here 21201 is a real Baltimore ZIP code, so the city, state and ZIP pass region-consistency validation. The street and house number are sample data — use the generator above to produce more random Maryland addresses with names and phone numbers, or copy individual fields straight into your form.

Maryland: independent-city edge case
Maryland ZIP codes run 20601–21930. Baltimore City is independent of any county — one of the few US cities outside a county — which breaks forms that require a county lookup keyed by city. The DC suburbs use area codes 301/240, the Baltimore side 410/443/667, and addresses interleave tightly with DC and Virginia ones for cross-jurisdiction testing.
How to fill Maryland addresses into forms
- Street Address takes the house number and street name.
- City must be one of the Maryland sample cities, e.g. Baltimore, Annapolis, Frederick.
- State accepts either the full name "Maryland" or the two-letter code "MD".
- ZIP Code has to match the selected city — mixing regions is the most common validation failure.
Responsible use
Generated Maryland addresses are for development, QA, checkout flows and interface demos. They are not verified delivery addresses and should not be used to impersonate people or bypass service rules.
